No notes. From the heart. The best endorsement of Gordon Brown as having the strength and conviction to meet the challenges ahead - and destruction of David Cameron's all-spin and froth. Labour for the many. Unchanged Tories as ever for the few.

Perhaps they should just play light music.
Quentin was laughed off the stage by Dennis Skinner and a number of other delegates. Presumably laughing at the sight of his toe curling hypocrisy.

The Times carried a nice bit on it today, but I didn't hear the speech so I don't know how fair it is.
