LibDems stage a photo-call...

Whoever thought this would be a good idea for a Conference photo...?

Since when did we want to be associated with The Sun calling Ming Campbell doddery?

OK so the Sun is offensive without the redeeming merit of being funny, but why are you doing their work?

you may not see the funny side of life but it wasn't the media's portrayal of Ming as doddery that caused me to post The Sun's coverage.

Rather, it was the ridiculous spectacle of the Leader of a main-stream political party peering down a toilet...

i'm sure all senior politicians have been there - the one that comes to mind is clare short in land mine-detection kit on blackpool beach looking just as daft as ming...

then, we mustn't forget ming last year trying to look trendy while parading down the prom with a bevy of beauties...in fact he looked like their grand-dad....

If it had been Paddy Ashdown, he probably would have been their grandad.

Almost as good as the time Kinnock fell into the sea in Brighton.

thanks for reminding me about Kinnock's fall...

classic moment, but maybe not as priceless as John Redwood singing (not) the Welsh national anthem...!!
