In the High Court of Justice: Dilks v Mail on Sunday newspaper...

My libel action against the Mail-on-Sunday newspaper finally reaches the High Court of Justice today.

So I’m off to see M’Lud at the Queen's Bench Division on The Strand in London.

I'm sure you'll wish me luck.

Will keep you posted as soon as I am able...

For those of us who have no background for this, do you have any pointers?

Yeh come on Phil, what have you done? And after all that talk about being tough on crime?! I say we keep Phil out of prison(at least for now), because this blog is just far too funny...

Good luck in the High Court Phil. I do not know what the action is about but obviously it was serious if it has gone to court rather than the press complaints commission. I hope you win against that rag and get any costs incurred reimbursed. I shall keep my eye out for the written judgement when it is available.
