- Phil Dilks became known as Fair Deal Phil when he campaigned for reduced bus fares for pensioners and disabled people in the Deepings. His biggest campaign has been successfully exposing Lincolnshire's scholarship scandal where every council taxpayer in the county is is forced to pay the private school fees of a few Stamford children.

You sure this isn't another re-announcement?
Here's one for you:
The Tories would have you believe that Labour's massive investment in the NHS has been wasted...
But did you know that when Labour came to office in 1997, more than half of all hospitals, clinics and surgeries were older than the NHS itself...?
And today, after the biggest hospital building programme in NHS history, more than half are newer than the New Labour Government itself...!
