His biggest campaign has been successfully exposing Lincolnshire's scholarship scandal where every council taxpayer in the county is is forced to pay the private school fees of a few Stamford children.

Does that mean that he's going to copy Boris and start cycling to Westminster in the morning?
Ken uses public transport - usually the tube.
If he did cycle to work, you can be certain that he wouldn't do it for a stunt...we all remember David Cameron claiming he was 'green' by cycling to Westminster - with his chaffeur driven limo following behind carrying his shoes!!!
In any case, Ken doesn't head for Westminster in the mornings - his office is City Hall at London Bridge...i'd be happy to forward a map if Boris doesn't know where it is...
which raises an interesting question: if Londoners were daft enough to elect the MP for Henley Mayor, where would he point his bike in the mornings...Westminster or City Hall..??
