- Phil Dilks became known as Fair Deal Phil when he campaigned for reduced bus fares for pensioners and disabled people in the Deepings. His biggest campaign has been successfully exposing Lincolnshire's scholarship scandal where every council taxpayer in the county is is forced to pay the private school fees of a few Stamford children.

That was mind blowing. With all my heart and soul I am praying for this guy to win the nomination and then win the presidency - and I haven't prayed in years!!!!
It reminded me of Neil Kinnock wandering around on a Cornish clifftop. All mood and no reasoning.
Obama is better on the Middle East, while only Clinton talks of health insurance for all citizens.
Neither very inspiring, but a little better than the Republicans.
