Hi Ian,
thanks for the prod...but i managed to get there this afternoon and don't think they'd accept anymore for a month or two...my next appointment (if there's any blood left by then) is 14th may at the methodist church.
it was good to see a slick operation by the blood donor people, with a fast, courteous - and painless - service!!
