Woolfie knocked out...
Bad luck to defending world darts champion Martin 'Woolfie' Adams of Deeping St James who has just been knocked out in the semi-finals.
I was surprised he wasn't on the honours list this year. Not only for his victory last year but for his longstanding role as England captain.
ReplyDeleteI was delighted that my great friend John Higgins was on it but a bit surprised that Ronnie O'Sullivan is still waiting.
ReplyDeleteHad my pension on Federer to win the Tennis in Melbourne!
Geoffrey...
ReplyDeletei'm not a huge tennis fan, but had the pleasure of seeing Federer on Centre Court at Wimbledon last year...totally awesome!

No he's still going strong.
ReplyDeleteHad a bit of a scare at the weekend but was back on song today.
