MPs expenses back in the news...
Stewart Jackson, the Peterborough MP who claimed £66,000 for his second home and was forced to pay back money he took for his swimming pool, is back in the news over expenses.
Former journalist Phil Dilks is chairman of Deeping St James Parish Council in south Lincs. Served 8 years (2001-09) on Lincolnshire County Council (Labour lead on Education and Children's Services).
