- Phil Dilks became known as Fair Deal Phil when he campaigned for reduced bus fares for pensioners and disabled people in the Deepings. His biggest campaign has been successfully exposing Lincolnshire's scholarship scandal where every council taxpayer in the county is is forced to pay the private school fees of a few Stamford children.

somehow, i rather expected that Geoffrey!!
The atheists hire London buses to suggest "There probably isn't a god" and then just a few weeks later the London buses come to a virtual standstill. More buses had been running during the Blitz.
Surely an "Act of God"!
