- Phil Dilks became known as Fair Deal Phil when he campaigned for reduced bus fares for pensioners and disabled people in the Deepings. His biggest campaign has been successfully exposing Lincolnshire's scholarship scandal where every council taxpayer in the county is is forced to pay the private school fees of a few Stamford children.

In Spain they have high speed rail.

In Britain we send our leader up in little tin boxes to thin out the stratosphere and gunge out the environment.
Oh, and Dave Cameron flies in a private jet.
May I enquire the start date for work on the Edinburgh-London high speed train?
